Dino Braz has a passion for real estate. He has helped clients buy and sell starter homes as they start their American Dream and million-dollar homes as his clients’ needs change. He has helped buyers relocate to the United States from Europe as well as military people coming home from overseas tours. He has helped clients sell their homes and relocate out of state as well as sell their out of state homes. Dino has helped clients sell their inherited homes to settle estates. He has helped investors evaluate residential & commercial investment properties and make decisions to move properties in and out of their portfolios. Dino has also, as a professional courtesy, helped people get their real estate taxes reduced.
As a graduate of Rutgers University, Dino began his career in corporate accounting and finance working for almost 2 decades with Elizabethtown Gas, then another 6 years with NJTransit as well as consulting with TAD Technical Services. He has been in real estate as an investor, property manager and realtor for over thirty years. He owned & managed several commercial buildings and hundreds of apartments. His passion for real estate led him into going fulltime into real estate and opening his own office.
Dino believes it is all about results! He consistently earns Circle of Excellence (Bronze & Silver) for annual sales achievements and a Distinguished Sales Award for lifetime achievement from the NJ Association of Realtors. On a national level he has earned membership in both Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor and Leading Edge Societies. In 2009, Dino became a Charter Member of RisMedia’s Top 5 in Real Estate. In 2016, he became a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).

Dino received his Real Estate License in the late 90’s when he owned and managed, for himself & others, residential & commercial properties and condo associations. In 2001 he helped spearhead a new home development of 300 homes called Southwyck Estates with Jordan Baris, Inc Realtors in West Orange. In 2015 he joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties, the powerhouse in New Jersey, and was top agent multiple times. Berkshire Hathaway is the new powerhouse in Real Estate across the nation. In addition, Berkshire Hathaway has a global presence in over 37 countries.
In 2019 Dino put his efforts into creating several specialized books for his clients.
